The Tox Fort Lauderdale Brings a New Approach to Body Sculpting on Las Olas

When most people think of body sculpting, it can sound like something that happens beneath fluorescent lights, surrounded by humming machines, needles, sterile rooms, and a clipboard full of medical jargon. But on Las Olas Boulevard, The Tox Fort Lauderdale is taking a softer, more hands-on approach.
The Tox offers a non-invasive, hands-on body contouring experience rooted in a holistic approach to wellness. Forget the whir of machinery and the clinical feel. Instead, picture a dark, glamorous room, soothing movements, and a full-body treatment designed to leave you feeling lighter, refreshed, and sculpted. The Tox Fort Lauderdale’s treatment feels Zen-like, but behind the serene atmosphere is a signature technique designed with intention.

The Tox’s full-body sculpting modalities focus on supporting the body’s natural pathways and lymphatic flow while helping address the appearance of puffiness, bloating, and excess water retention. The signature 60-minute treatment combines purposeful, hands-on techniques designed to leave clients feeling lighter, refreshed and visibly more sculpted. All of this is done without machines or invasive procedures.
“Courtney Yeager started The Tox in Los Angeles in 2019,” said Laura White, Studio Director of The Tox Fort Lauderdale on Las Olas. “Based on her personal experience with digestive issues, and it really took off from there. Celebrities started coming in, word spread quickly, and people were drawn to the results. What makes it special is that these treatments were developed by the founder and are unique to The Tox. It’s really about taking care of the body from the inside out, and we’re excited to bring that experience to Fort Lauderdale.”

When people first hear the name The Tox, they might think of something intimidating. Perhaps a chemical in a laboratory or something that comes with a warning label. The concept behind the brand, however, is quite the opposite. The name The Tox is derived from “detox,” reflecting a treatment philosophy centered on helping the body reset and supporting wellness from the inside out.
“A lot of people think we’re Botox,” said White. “People also sometimes assume we’re a traditional massage concept, but what we do is very different. The Tox is a proprietary non-invasive body treatment focused on consistency, sculpting, and supporting the body’s natural processes. Our technique is designed around intentional movement and helping support the body’s natural flow.”

In a health-conscious place like Downtown Fort Lauderdale, where green juices, Pilates classes, beach walks and early-morning gym sessions are practically part of the culture, taking care of inner wellness can feel just as important as looking good on the outside.
Many people spend eight or more hours hunched over computers, craning their necks toward phones and sitting more than their bodies were designed to. That modern lifestyle has made intentional movement, recovery, and holistic body care an increasingly important part of many people’s wellness routines.
The Tox Technique combines hands-on, non-invasive body sculpting with wellness-focused modalities designed to support the body’s natural flow and lymphatic pathways while helping reduce the appearance of puffiness and bloating. The goal is an experience that leaves clients feeling lighter, refreshed, and more sculpted.

“The Tox Fort Lauderdale opened in November 2025, and we celebrated our grand opening on May 27,” said White. “We’re still less than a year in, but it’s been exciting to see the response from the community. I’ve been in the health and wellness industry for the past six years, and as a Fort Lauderdale local, I’ve been involved in a lot of community wellness events. So, when The Tox came to Las Olas, it felt like the perfect fit and a natural opportunity to be part of something I really believe in.”
Stepping inside The Tox Fort Lauderdale, the setting is almost as striking as the treatments themselves. Glittering chandeliers cast a warm glow against the black backdrop, while flowing black curtains and plush rugs make the space feel glamorous, mysterious, and serene.
“We want to create a visually appealing atmosphere, too,” said White. “After a 60-minute treatment, clients can often see a noticeable difference, which is why we love capturing before-and-after photos,” said White. “Everything we do is very intentional, from the treatment itself to the aftercare. We also recommend nontoxic, holistic products based on each client’s individual needs to help support their results and overall wellness.”

Even though women make up a majority of The Tox’s clientele (particularly women looking to address the appearance of bloating, fluid retention or changes to the body following pregnancy) the treatment isn’t exclusively for women. Men are just as welcome, and The Tox Fort Lauderdale is hoping to see more of them walk through its doors, creating a clientele as diverse as the city itself.
Feeling lighter, refreshed and more confident in your body isn’t a women-only pursuit. Whether it’s incorporating body care into a post-workout wellness routine, counteracting the feeling of a sedentary workday or simply wanting to feel less puffy and more energized, there’s room for everyone on The Tox table.
“We have clients who’ve been coming to us for months and seeing the results every time,” said White. “We’ve seen transformations with moms, and we’ve seen them come in from having a rough week or just having a baby. But here, they’re able to unwind, and seeing them reset and take that self-love time. We’re seeing them show up for themselves, and we love that.”
That sense of intention is part of what makes The Tox Fort Lauderdale different. This isn’t about machines, invasive procedures or a traditional spa service. It’s about a proprietary, hands-on approach to non-invasive body contouring that brings together sculpting, holistic wellness and intentional self-care.
Before each treatment begins, clients are asked about their goals and comfort level, creating an experience that feels personal rather than one-size-fits-all. From the technique and positioning to the atmosphere and music, the details are designed around the individual experience.

At The Tox, even relaxation has a purpose. The goal is to give clients dedicated time to reconnect with their bodies while experiencing a treatment centered on sculpting, natural flow and holistic wellness. After all that time spent hunched over a computer, staring down at a phone or rushing through everyday life, perhaps our bodies deserve a little more intention, too.
“Fort Lauderdale is such a beautiful place to be,” said White. “We’re also very health-driven, and it’s a community that steps up and is ready to support wellness brands, and we’re here to give that support back to you.”
