In October 2019, after dedicating over two decades to corporate roles in companies like Enterprise and later in the commercial real estate and construction sectors, Alexandra Silva Labarr took a bold step to establish Xandra Marketing, aiming to leverage her experience to build something uniquely hers. The onset of the COVID-19 pandemic shortly after presented unforeseen challenges, but it also reinforced her commitment to adapt and thrive in the face of adversity.
“Today, we have Diva Locals,” said Labarr. “A global movement igniting powerful connections among women entrepreneurs and leaders around the world.”
Fast forward to today, and Labarr stands as a dynamic leader and relationship-builder known for her authentic and impactful approach to networking. With decades of marketing and sales expertise, she has a talent for simplifying complex ideas and unlocking the natural strengths of those she mentors.
As the founder of Xandra Marketing and the author of The Power of Networking, Labarr's philosophy is simple: networking is not just about who you know – it's about fostering genuine relationships that empower and uplift others. Whether speaking, coaching, or writing, she equips her audience to make networking a powerful tool for personal and professional success.
Building on this foundation, Labarr is proud to announce the official transition of the TPN Community into Diva Locals, a new global initiative under the Diva Network umbrella. As Vice President of Diva Locals, she will oversee the development, training, and expansion of local chapters around the world.

“From the heart of Africa to the vibrant energy of Brazil and across South America, our reach is expanding fast,” said Labarr. “Here in the U.S., we’re already launching local chapters in Los Angeles, Miami, and Fort Lauderdale — and we’re just getting started.”
Founded five years ago, the TPN Community has served as a platform for women entrepreneurs and professionals to grow, connect, and thrive through curated retreats and dynamic networking experiences. Its signature event, Elevate, has become a highly anticipated annual business retreat – with Elevate 2026 marking its third year.
"This is more than a name change – it's a movement," said Labarr. "Diva Locals will allow us to unify local chapters around the world, giving women a platform to connect, learn, and grow while doing real business together. It aligns fully with my mission and purpose."
Diva Locals flips that script by offering more than just a seat at the table—it’s about redesigning the table entirely, making room for every woman’s voice, vision, and value.
This isn't your typical networking group. There are no stuffy conference rooms or transactional business card swaps. Diva Locals creates experiences that allow women to show up as their full, authentic selves—leaders, mothers, creatives, executives, visionaries—and still feel seen, supported, and celebrated.
“We were so excited when Alexandra Silva Labarr joined Diva Network as one of our pillar members,” said Adora Crystal Evans, Founder & CEO, Diva Network.

Adora Crystal Evans is a powerhouse media mogul and visionary leader, blending glamour with grit as the Founder and CEO of The Diva Network, a global platform that empowers women through bold storytelling, entrepreneurship, and media magic.
“From the start, she [Labarr] stepped up,” said Evans. “She used her voice, and inspired the community. When the opportunity came to grow Diva Locals on a global scale, we knew she was the perfect fit.”
It’s in these rooms where confidence is reignited, collaborations are born, and careers are changed. Here, a woman doesn’t have to choose between success and sisterhood—she gets both.
“This movement is about building sisterhood,” said Labarr. “Unlocking global collaboration, and empowering women to grow thriving local communities with global impact.”
Labarr will be responsible for building the Diva Locals playbook, developing bylaws, onboarding chapter leaders, and creating the marketing strategy to ensure consistency across cities, states, and countries. A seasoned leader with more than 25 years of experience in business and networking, she brings her signature vision, energy, and strategic know-how to the new role.
As part of this transition, Elevate 2026, Alexandra's third annual business retreat and networking conference, will now be hosted by Diva Locals and Diva Network, representing this powerful next phase of global growth.
Diva Locals aims to bring together diverse professionals from every industry – creating vibrant, collaborative communities worldwide. Each chapter will focus on professional development, referrals, community building, and intentional networking.
This evolution also connects to another thriving branch of the Diva Network family: Dining Divas TV. Known for its glamorous blend of culinary experiences, high-energy networking, and reality-style production, Dining Divas TV has become a cultural phenomenon. Founded by powerhouse entrepreneur Christine Curran, the TV shows and networking brand brings together female leaders from every industry – filming across luxe restaurants, promoting female-owned businesses, and creating unforgettable experiences that entertain while empowering.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Alexandra Labarr as our new Vice President leading Diva Locals worldwide,” said Curran, Founder/ CEO - Dining Empire and Executive Producer - Dining Divas and Co-Founder of Diva Network and Diva Empire. “With her global speaking experience, sharp business acumen and unstoppable drive, she’s the perfect powerhouse to inspire and unite our Diva Network Chapter Presidents. Her vision and leadership will take our local communities to extraordinary new heights.”

Together with Diva Locals, Dining Divas helps form a holistic ecosystem where women can grow their influence, showcase their talents, and build a brand in style. Diva Network isn't just building community – it's building an empire.
As the global landscape of business continues to evolve, Labarr and her team are offering something deeply needed and long overdue: authentic, inclusive, intentional networking that transforms not just careers, but lives. And with Diva Locals, that transformation is going local – with a global heartbeat.
Labarr writing the rulebook of women-led business, showing that community and commerce are not mutually exclusive—but beautifully intertwined.
In an age where digital likes can outnumber real conversations, where competition often overshadows collaboration, Diva Locals is a return to something deeply human: connection. And not just any connection—but connections that light the way forward for women everywhere.
This is more than networking.
This is a sisterhood of rising tides—where when one woman rises, we all rise with her.
“Her passion, leadership, and background in building strong communities make her the ideal person to lead this movement,” said Evans. “There are so many incredible things ahead!”
